Hello Fellow Realtors - I'm Lisa Thompson, and I'm reaching out to you with a heartfelt mission. The government shutdown will end funds for SNAP recipients as of November 1 - this coming Saturday! No one, especially children, should go hungry in the wealthiest country in the world. No matter your politics, I think we can all agree that food is the universal language of hope and kindness. I've volunteered at The San Francisco-Marin Food Bank over the years and applaud the work they do through their commitment to ending hunger in our community, where one in five neighbors faces food insecurity.
