Hello my name is Victor and I am fundraising on behalf of my family for the loss of my uncle Severino Becerra. For the family and friends that were close to him know very well that words fall short when describing this man's character. For the strangers that don't, the best way I can describe him was: an extremely funny, charismatic, and lively individual. He was that uncle that you wish was at that family gathering because you knew if he was present the party was going to be filled with plenty of jokes and laughs that followed shortly after. We all have fond memories of relatives who have passed away and one that I can personally share would be the summer of 2012 when my cousins (his sons: Luis, Brandon, Marky Becerra), and my younger brother went to work with him in St. Lawrence, Texas. At the time we were migrant workers working in the fields picking watermelons. He not only gave us a place to stay but also fed us at zero cost and asked for absolutely nothing in return. I share this story because not only does it demonstrates the type of individual he was, but to show that he always one to help others, and rarely in need of assistance, however, since his sudden passing his family is in need of assistance. I know that we may not have much to give but they aren't asking for much anything as little as a dollar would be very much appreciated. Thank you for taking your time out of your day to read this and if you can't help financially your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated. For the family members reading this: Please I encourage you to continue to check up and reach out to my family with either a phone call or message, again thank you!
