My name is Kasa and I’ve set up this fund for my brother Seth and his newborn baby girl Inara. Inara’s sweet mama, Victoria Velasco, died during Inara’s traumatic birth on October 18th. Inara was born four weeks early and Seth is staying with Inara while she is at the Childrens Hospital in Little Rock.
