Sensory Overload Chill Zone (SOCZ) Appeal

SAFE HAVEN - CORNWALL have identified the need for a chill zone, somewhere people can go to chat and relax, when being inside the Batcave gets too over stimulating, noisy or crowded for them. We tried this out at our last event weekend, we hired a 3m x 9m marquee, and it was a huge success. In fact the Trustees decided to buy a 3m x 12m marquee, to give us 40' of flexible indoor space that can quickly become open fronted or a canopy!We know what a positive effect this will have on many of our community, and we can use it for various events and workshops throughout the year, whatever the weather. SOCZ will be permanent, and will enable more people to attend events, knowing the chill zone will be there, and they will be able to partake. We want to have this in place for TransFest 2025 which starts on 7th June 2025, so time is of the essence, which is why we are asking for help. We don't have time to put in funding bids for the marquee, as they take weeks to process. Any donation will help make an impact.
