As seniors grow older, their cognitive skills tend to decline, causing memory issues, attention span difficulties, and speech impairment. Additionally, other functions such as their motor skills and social capabilities, are reduced. I hope to host gatherings for seniors to learn STEM using LEGO and basic science experiments. Not only would this train their motor skills, but it would also allow them to socialize with one another while engaging in science and engineering.

A donationwould help cover materials for these workshops. With your support, we can create a space where seniors can explore creativity, teamwork, and learning, while potentially slowing cognitive decline through purposeful play and scientific discovery.
