Sending my dad home to God

For funeral arrangements and a memorial for my father. As im very limited to sources Hello my name is Jessica rawson. My father Robert Rawson has stage 4 colon cancer, stent in his heart, a port in his chest and goes to chemotherapy bi weekly. He also take medication on daily basis.  Update on my father...... His body rejected another cancer medication. His body shutting down. The cancer is more on his liver. He can't barely walk. He has to do physical therapy. And now we will be having a home health aide for him. They gave him less than a year to live. I'm trying to get him some medical things his insurance denied. Im also trying to fulfill some of his dreams.  Update as of 12/01/17 My dad has passed away. He passed away at home at peace with his beloving family.  I took care of my father until his last breathe and holding his hand If anyone wants to help me with sending my dad home to be with his mother and other family. I would appreciate everything.  Please help...
