We need a break! Come on y'all - send us on retreat!!

We are in the humble ask for support to send us to the US Virgin Islands to join others for a much needed rest retreat.

Together, we will gather to practice rest and sharing for a week. This is a practice of resistance that will allow us time to simply BE. We are educators, mothers, spiritualists, somatics and communal care practitioners, who make offerings to the world, and we are seeking support to allow us the space and time to rest and share our gifts and wisdom from a full cup. We are also excited to be in community with some incredible Black feminist resistance visionaries to co-create an ecosystem of possibilities for our collective liberation at this time.

During this week, our pod will make an offering to the collective group in the form of a practice or teach-in. We will all be transformed by what happens at this gathering and our transformation will ripple out into your world and the universe.

Our pod is called: On Time. This feels deeply resonant as this opportunity comes as we have fully embraced our authentic relationships with time - albeit in different ways.

This opportunity to rest in deep time with community is critical during this moment. As scholars, educators, and coaches working at the intersections of the nervous system, social change, and Spirit, taking time to reset on a deep and ancestral level has never been so close.

We are asking for donations to cover the cost of lodging, food, and travel during this 10-day retreat so we may dream into new and ancient ways of being for ourselves, our families, and our many communities of care.

We need this, now more than ever, so we can be resourced and nourished for the continued labor of caring for the possibilities found in our collective re-membering and healing.

We need this medicine. We need this community.
