Something nice, that’s what!
Are you mad, worn down, listless?? Do you poop out of parties? Are you unpopular? Well the answer to all that ails you is in this little lady. My beautiful niece, Scarlett, and her mom (my big sis) are having a very rough go.
— My sis needs to visit my mom in the nursing home and check up on her every day.
— My sis’s partner just had surgery for a hernia and he’s in bed for 8 weeks
— my sis hasn’t gotten paid in over a month because her job was taking care of my mom, and now she’s not getting paid because mom is in nursing care
Why do I mention all of this?? Because I’m not asking for money for the bills. We can figure that situation out.
But Scarlett just graduated 5th grade and will be moving on to middle school this coming Fall. She also turns 11-years-old on July 18th, and there is NO MONEY to celebrate this beautiful child and her accomplishments.
We want to take her out for a good time. This wouldn’t be considered a dire situation for most, but my baby has never been capable of going to theme parks and having a good time. I grew up never going to theme parks, or anywhere for that matter. We want this child to experience some type of liberating joy before going into middle school. Something fun and memorable like Disneyland.
Do you wanna send a sweet child to her first theme park this August? Do you want her to experience the joy you haven’t felt in your own dark soul in many years? Would you like to live a happy day vicariously through my niece?

For the last couple of years, my babby Scarlett has expressed trauma via lashing out and having emotional episodes. She’s expressed a desire to not exist anymore. It was especially bad this past school year. My baby is stressed and she doesn’t even know what that means. Now she’s about to enter middle school and puberty with no fun adventures under her belt.
I am also experiencing my own joblessness. I’m building a business, but that’s takes time. I don’t want anything for anything unless it’s for Scarlett. I want my baby to take her mind off everything. I want her 11th birthday to be the best dang birthday she’s ever had. I want her, in the midst of her glamma and her dad being bedridden, to just have a little fun.
