Queensbury Music Centre (QMC) made a triumphant return to competition after a 37-year hiatus, securing 1st place at the recent Yorkshire Areas competition held at Huddersfield Town Hall in the 4th Section. This victory has earned us qualification for the National Brass Band Finals in Cheltenham this September.

However, this achievement comes at a significant cost, with expenses totaling approximately £10,000 to cover travel, accommodation, coach services, and rehearsal facilities for our band and 30-plus players.

While our musicians will be contributing towards these costs, we are also seeking personalized sponsorship opportunities. We invite both individuals and businesses to consider supporting our remarkable comeback to the brass band scene.
