Send pastries and coffee to SF Hospitals

We are starting this fund at the request of our customers, who learned about our deliveries and donations to local hospitals. Our bakery can do a little, but with your help, we can do a lot more.
We are so grateful for all who can support Le Marais Bakery's payroll fund by sending care packages to local hospitals and healthcare workers in San Francisco. We are making regular deliveries every Tuesday and Thursday with pre-wrapped croissants, muffins, scones, cookies, bags of granola, and ground coffee to the hospitals and healthcare workers throughout our city.
100% of your donation will go toward the retail costs of these pastry and coffee deliveries to local hospitals, and the profits will help us continue to pay, and not have to layoff, our beloved, incredibly talented and amazingly trained group of pastry chefs, bakers, cooks, and baristas.
So far, we have made trips to UCSF, and this week, bakery owner Patrick will be making deliveries to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and St. Mary’s Medical Center. In coming weeks, he'll be headed to Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, Chinese Hospital, CPMC, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. If you have a contact at a hospital where you would like a delivery sent, please reach out to us. We are also able to ship croissants and coffee across the country in the weeks to come, so all contacts are welcome!
We are a small family business, and this is one way we can continue to support our employees, while bringing some pastry happiness to these healthcare heroes. This is a difficult time for the restaurant industry, and we are doing our best to stay afloat and continue to provide for our community, but this just makes us all the more grateful to the healthcare industry and all that they are doing to keep us safe.
Born and raised in France, bakery owner Patrick Ascaso opened our bakery in 2013 with the hope to recreate the Parisian-style, natural levain, french butter artisanal croissants he loved as a child.
