Send off for Lil Zee

As many of you may know Zachary lost his fight to CHD, chronic lung disease and bronchomalasia. He fought for nearly 9 months but sadly he was too special for this world. He battled through countless operations however his tiny body was too tired. 
I am trying to give him the send off he deserves however with neither myself or lucas (dad) having a stable income for the last 9/10 months this is proving difficult.

If anyone is able to donate even if it's only a pound it would be greatly appreciated. Any additional funds that are raised will be donated to heart link which is a charity very close to out heart. They provide Glenfield (the hospital Zachary stayed at) with equipment and places for parents to stay close to their babies/children xxx
