Eva here, the proud mother of Mia. Since she was a little girl, Mia’s joy has lived in the kitchen. What began as a love for baking at home has grown into a true calling: the dream of becoming a French pastry chef.

I am raising funds to support Mia’s acceptance into one of the most renowned French pastry schools in the world. This campaign will help cover her tuition, travel, housing, and tools.

As her mother, I’ve watched her passion grow year after year. Now I am inviting our wider circle to join me in carrying her dream forward, so she can step into this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Why We’re Asking for Support

French pastry school is a profound investment. Tuition alone is €60,000, with additional costs for housing, meals, tools, travel, and daily living. This is not something we can carry alone; It will take a circle of patronesses and supporters who believe in her dream.

The Urgent Step — October 2025

To secure her place, she must pay a $3,000 deposit by the first week in October. This is the first step in opening the door to her journey. Mia just had her interview today (September 23) and is awaiting her acceptance letter. Her interviewer was confident she will be accepted into Ecole Ducasse for the August 2026 cohort.
