<div>French pastry school is a profound investment. Tuition alone is €60,000, with additional costs for housing, meals, tools, travel, and daily living. This is not something we can carry alone; It will take a circle of patronesses and supporters who believe in her dream.

</div>
<div>To secure her place, she must pay a $3,000 deposit by the first week in October. This is the first step in opening the door to her journey.  Mia just had her interview today (September 23) and is awaiting her acceptance letter.  Her interviewer was confident she will be accepted into Ecole Ducasse for the August 2026 cohort.
