Send Elaine to Perform at Carnegie Hall

Donation protected
Dear family and friends,

I'm asking for assistance to make a 'Once in a lifetime' dream come true for my niece Elaine. She’s been invited to sing with a choir at the famous Carnegie Hall in New York City. The family must pay for the trip, which is the reason I’ve started this fund page.
Elaine is an amazing soul! She has a golden heart and works hard every day, whether she’s helping others or working to fulfill her own dreams. She's the apple of my eye and means the world to me! Musical arts and stage performance have been her dreams since she started dancing at age three. She wishes to one day perform on stage and share her love of music with her community and Teach music. Her years of hard work have earned her an invitation, along with three other school mates, to perform in a special handpicked choir at Carnegie Hall. This is an extremely rare and wonderful opportunity to help Elaine further pursue her passion.
Last year, her mom (my sister) was diagnosed with colon cancer. This year, a secondary cancer was found, adding to the hardship on the family. Elaine has stepped up and is helping her folks by doing whatever she can. She took on a part time job to pay for her schoolbooks and even applied for grants and scholarships, to help pay for school. During this challenging time, Elaine has maintained her grades to keep her current school scholarships, which is no easy task while witnessing her mom’s health decline.
With the numerous surgeries and chemo treatments, Elaine’s family relies on one income, and this once in lifetime experience is not cheap. My sister is doing everything she can in her current state so she can see her daughter perform on stage in New York. Music has always been that special bond between them.
I'm asking for assistance to send these two very dear people to this 'Once in a Lifetime' event. I want to show Elaine that all her hard work can be rewarded, and she's supported no matter what challenges life throws her way.
Any donations are greatly appreciated! I do understand times are difficult all around so if you’re unable to donate currently, then I welcome you to share Elaine’s story.
Thank you and bless you.
