Hey friends and fam,

Never done this, but I’m compelled to reach out to help friends who aren’t even asking.

i know a couple with a young child (10-year-old girl) who are facing not so good times. Mom is probably 10 years younger than me and fighting stage 4 of a rare cancer. She and dad are incredible folks and service workers near my daughter’s college. I’ve gotten to know them and follow their story.

They don’t know I’m doing this (edit - they know now and are ELATED!) and ask for nothing….but I know it’d be magical to be able to send them to the “happiest place on earth” if even for a few days to lift their worries. They’ve never been.

Many of us have plans looming for family trips or have taken our kids on amazing vacations. If this is you and your bills are mostly paid, would you join me in contributing to this chance to allow them such a journey? I thank you from the bottom of my heart xoxoxo, Leigh
