Our scout troop is made up of 100 incredible young people from an impoverished community, each with big dreams and a desire to grow. Many of these scouts have never had the chance to leave their hometown, and for some, this camp will be their very first time away from home, school, or church. The opportunity to attend camp means so much more than just a week away—it’s a chance for each scout to discover new strengths, build confidence, and learn the values of service and leadership.

The funds we are raising will go directly toward covering camp fees, travel expenses, essential gear, and uniform parts. Without this support, many of our scouts simply wouldn’t be able to participate. Camp is a place where they can experience the world beyond their everyday lives, make lasting friendships, and gain the skills and inspiration to become leaders in our community. We believe that every child deserves the chance to see what’s possible and to dream about how they can make a difference.

Being from a very low income community makes it incredibly challenging to get so many children to a location or event like this. Your support is what makes it possible for these scouts to escape the small world they know and see what’s out there in the big world.
