After nearly 17 years of renting our facilities to carry out our mission in the Phoenix Metro area, we are finally looking to make the most significant investment in our organization’s history by purchasing our current building: 325 N. Austin Drive, Chandler, AZ 85226

Mission: We are people of Sema; where a smile is a priceless donation, a cup of tea is very serious business and to love your neighbor is our bread & butter.

Vision: To bridge hearts and intellects in Arizona for the betterment of our community.

These funds, coupled with other $100 thousand dollars already contributed by our local volunteers will go towards making the 10% down-payment (plus closing fees) of the $1.785 million dollar purchase.

Due to this near-term and time-sensitive financial hurdle of securing $99,000 by April 15th to finalize the purchase, we are reaching out to our friends and community to help with this cause.
