Let’s try something here…

We’ve got a local friend, the self-less kind, who is there for people in her life in a heartbeat…whether it be a supportive phone call, last second childcare, dog sitting, or joining you for a walk and a laugh or just dancing for no reason. She’s always there.

This same selflessness has her caring for a disabled parent, out of state, during a pandemic. All while hustling hourly to make ends meet for herself after losing a full-time job. She recently had to leave town for 3 months to assist her mother and navigate

the Medicare & Medicaid system in a small town, advocating for support, which was a major burden in itself, not to mention her employment. Her advocacy is not yet over, and she continues to manage this care even from home, now back in Miami.

We want to support her with ANY contribution we can, with ALL donations (aside from GoFundMe fees) going directly to her, as a way to say we care for a woman in our community.
