Please keep Bonnie in your prayers! Today was day one of radiation and Bonnie is grateful for and faithfully requests all of your prayers! Lourdes was a beautiful encounter full of God‘s goodness and grace! Upon returning, Bonnie had her most recent scans. Their family did end up with Covid as they refurned home, but thankfully they’re are now recovered from that. Unfortunately, her scans showed 3 large & aggressive tumors in her lungs. The plan for now is to do radiation and the next scans will be in three months. PRAY, PRAY, PRAY . We should never rule out a miracle and in prayer, keep Hope and Faith alive with Bonnie as she will overcome this!!!! The time during radiation appointments and infusion treatments is a long, tiring, enduring process, and radiation has also really taken a toll on her body! Thank you to all of you who have given, whether on this GoFundMe or in the other ways you have reached out, served, and given generously to the Seifert family!❤️ The most valuable weapon we have now is prayer! Love you all!

As of April 2025:

Many of you know the situation with Bonnie. As a recap or for those who are unfamiliar, she was diagnosed in November 2022 with a rare and aggressive cancer. The cancer is said to be chemo resistant. Bonnie is a fighter and she has been faithfully fighting hard! She is so full of hope and faith & her family and friends surrounding her are praying and remaining hopeful as well. The only thing the doctors could suggest was to go at it hard with chemo anyway. She has been admitted to the hospital for 7 full, intense weeks of 24/7 chemotherapy with only a week break in between each round. The break week was no break, she immediately had to follow up with medical visits for infusions, trips to the ER and a whole lot in between chemo treatments, causing her to be extremely ill. 

Stay with me please…. YOU WANT TO HEAR THIS… she had scans done early April, and the results were better than expected! Doctors said this is miraculous! YEP MIRACULOUS! She’s not through the thick yet, however No re-growth, No new growth, AND SOME SHRINKAGE! Praise GOD!

  

Here is an important part of this GoFundMe: 

Bonnie has reached her lifetime limit of that chemotherapy treatment. She has one more option available for treatment. AND SHE NEEDS YOUR HELP to make this burden lighter and possible! 

She has an appointment May 7th in Austin, Texas at MD Anderson Center, the #1 sarcoma center at treating this rare type of cancer. This is where she can possibly receive some further options of treatment to extend her quality of life and to hopefully see God continue working a miracle in and through her body! Bonnie and Allen have to pay the funds out of pocket for the flight to and from Texas, as well as lodging, meals, and a rental car. And that is not to mention all of the financial depletion due to medical setbacks and these ongoing treatments, from surgeries and hospital visits/stays in which Allen has never left her side. 

So time is of the essence!!! From the bottom of her heart and all of ours, thank you to all of you who have so generously given prior to this. Please share this as much as you can and if you are now willing or able to give any dollar amount, she is ever so grateful and thankful.
