My name is Duncan Black. I am a senior at Findlay High School and a United Way of Hancock County volunteer. I am sponsoring a Donation Drive-Thru on August 8th at the Marathon Center for Performing Arts’ parking lot. This is an event to bring together the community and supply goods for anyone that is in need of food and personal care items. This will be in conjunction with my Make-A-Difference project for my AP government class. People will be able to drive through and receive the goods that were collected by your generous donations. There are locations around Findlay to donate items; however, if you are unsure of what to get or are unable to make it to these spots, then I will use this money to buy necessary goods.
