Seeds of Joy: A JC Morgan Children’s Giveback

JC Morgan (High Point, NC) isn’t just a place on a map to me, it’s apart of my story.

I grew up right on the edge of this neighborhood. I caught the bus here. I walked these streets. I learned resilience, loyalty, and community here long before I ever understood what those words meant.

This giveback isn’t about saving anyone.

It’s about pouring back into a place that helped shape who I am today.

This holiday season, Seeds of Joy is focused on providing toys, essentials, and small moments of joy to children in the JC Morgan community — simply to remind them that they are seen, valued, and loved.

Every child deserves to feel celebrated.

Every community deserves to be honored, not pitied.

All donations will go directly toward:

• Toys and age-appropriate gifts

• Basic essentials for children and families

• Local coordination to ensure items reach the kids directly

This initiative is powered by CheckmateReversed, with the intention of making this an annual tradition rooted in love, transparency, and community connection.
