Securing Me and my sons Future: Help Me Fund My Divorce

Hi everyone,

I never thought I’d be in this position, but I’m reaching out for help so I can start the process of rebuilding my life. I am a stay-at-home mom who only works one day a week, which isn’t enough to sustain myself or my child. I am trying to raise funds for a retainer fee to hire an attorney and officially begin the divorce process.

For years, I have endured financial, emotional, and verbal abuse in my marriage. I have never had full access to our accounts—only a limited allowance and a joint credit card, which I’ve already used to cover half of the retainer fee. However, I still need help raising the rest so I can move forward with filing for divorce and serving him the papers.

This retainer is the only major fee I need to pay to secure legal representation and start the process. Without it, I’m stuck in a situation where I have no financial independence and no way to break free on my own.

Any amount you can contribute would mean the world to me. Im currently findjng a nanny so i can work full time at my hob and finish school for my second job in order to support my son going foward.
