My name is Julie and I’m the mother of a sweet 2-year-old girl named Violet. I’m creating this fundraiser to help cover the legal fees needed to protect her from her biological father, who is a registered sex offender for crimes involving child exploitation/child pornography. He was released from federal prison on possession of CSAM in January. I am seeking an attorney to terminate his parental rights.

Violet has only ever been in my care since the day she was born. Her father has never been part of her life, and she does not know him. It breaks my heart that someone with his history still is allowed access to their child. I’m determined to make sure Violet is never exposed to that danger and harm her father caused his victims as she was his next intended victim.

I’m seeking legal counsel to terminate his parental rights permanently and ensure Violet’s safety and peace of mind. Unfortunately, the cost of attorneys and court proceedings is more than I can afford on my own. Every donation will go directly toward legal fees and related expenses to protect my daughter.
