Secure home for mother to move with family

Hello, My name is Jeromie Leroue. My mother owns a home in rural Waitsburg, WA. She has some medical challenges that require daily assistance and has family that lives near to provide that support as I and my family live 3 hours away. Due to Covid mandate restrictions, the family support near her will likely be relocating, or least of all, will not be able to support as much as they must now shift focus.

My family relocated to the Yakima, WA, area a year ago, and we have been planning a home purchase here, so we have been saving for the down payment.

With the support my mother needs, the best solution would be to move her over with us and purchase a larger multigenerational home for her to be secure and happy living with us (pictured). This will require moving her to a temporary living situation while we pack her home, sell her home and then move her again to a new home here. At this time, all the cost associated with this has reduced our savings and her current family support savings requiring the sale of the home to purchase a new one.

We are asking for additional support to help with the intermediate living situation, the storage and movement of her current home, and to speed the purchase process and get her back with family as quickly as possible. Any additional proceeds would go directly toward living expenses to support her exclusively. I rarely ask for help, so this is not comfortable for me, but I want my mother to be able to live carefree in a home with family. This move (first in 30+ years and 12 years since my father's passing) will be rough, but she is excited about it. This would help our family stay together and fulfill that dream for her, for which I would be eternally grateful.
