Secure a Home for my Mom: Urgent Help Needed

As some may already know from my Facebook post, my mom is currently homeless. She had her own apartment in Green Bay that she lost, and afterward, she moved in with her parents. Unfortunately, over the past year, both her dad and mom, my grandparents, have passed away. She did not meet the criteria to continue living in their apartment and has been homeless since.
While she may not have made the best decisions, she also still struggles with permanent brain damage and seizures related to her brain tumor that she had removed back in 2021. Her physical and mental health have played a significant role in how she ended up in this situation. We have attempted to get help from doctors as well, but after a car accident in August where she was hospitalized, her doctors put in a referral for her to be transferred to a psychiatric hospital, and unfortunately, every psych hospital in the area turned her away.
We have been able to figure out temporary solutions as we can to keep her from having to sleep in the park, such as staying with very generous friends. Currently, she is staying at a motel, but we will not be able to afford that long term. I live a paycheck-to-paycheck life myself, and we haven't been able to get help from anyone else in her family.
At this point, we just need to secure a stable roof over her head. I am starting this fundraiser to hopefully raise funds that will go towards a down payment/security deposit on a low-income apartment and for getting her back on her feet. She does have income to keep up with rent going forward, but the down payment is an issue, and with the temperatures dropping quickly, we really need to find a permanent solution quickly.
Any funds that we raise will go directly to me so that I can be responsible for securing housing and any other of her needs.
Anything helps! Even if you are not able to make a monetary donation at this time, shares help too! I truly appreciate any help that anyone is able to provide, and I know she does too.
