Phoebe and Juan's family needs to move! They've stayed long enough in a home where the landlord just doesn't care and for their health and their family, it's time to get into a new place. Unfortunately, between Phoebe's fierce health fight with cancer and Juan's recent joblessness, it's a rough patch.

But as we know this family has been friends to all of us, they know that their friends are there for them. So we're helping them cover the deposit on the new lease and moving costs so that this beautiful household can have a healthier home.
