Sean's Eagle Scout Project Aid Homeless Families

I am raising money to buy the items needed to assemble 10 Move-In Kits for homeless individuals/families transitioning into permanent or temporary housing. The kits will be donated to the Center for Community Resources (CCR) office in Butler, PA. CCR provides supportive services for individuals and families in the local community. A breakdown of what is in a Move-In Kit is the following:

Large Laundry Basket, Queen Comforter Set, 2 Bed Pillows, 2 Bath Towels Sets, Set of Pots and Pans, Set of Dishes, Glassware, Silverware, Cooking Utensils, Bakeware, Broom, Mop and Cleaning Bucket. The approximate cost for each Move-In Kit is $300.

Any money collected in excess of $3,000 will be used to make additional move-in kits; CCR said they will accept partial kits.  Or alternatively, a check will be made out to CCR to donate any excess monies collected that cannot be converted into move-in kits.
