In Memory of Sean Keaney

We have set up this fundraiser in memory of Sean Keaney, a beloved senior player with Tara GFC, to support The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust; a charity dedicated to easing the financial burden for bereaved families repatriating loved ones who have tragically passed away abroad back to Ireland. Every penny raised will go directly to this incredible cause.

Sean joined Tara GFC after transferring from Crosserlough GFC in Cavan and spent four unforgettable years with us, leaving a lasting impact on everyone he met. We were privileged to celebrate last year’s and this year’s Championship victories and All Britain titles with Sean by our side.

Sean was the life of every celebration, a man always found on the dance floor, with a smile that could light up a room and a laugh that warmed every heart. His absence leaves an unimaginable void, and he will be deeply missed by everyone in his Tara family.
