We are here to improve awareness and understanding of these conditions, to support those affected, and ultimately, to find a cure.

This is a charity that is close to my heart and it would mean the world to me if we can raise as much money as possible to help this charity give support to as many people as possible. I am also raising funds for this as my brother Ben has this condition and it is very rare and I would love for more people to be aware and to support this charity so they can help others!!
