School and Medical Treatment

We are reaching out for help with our daughter Kira Rose. Her full diagnosis is: Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Dyslexia, and Learning Disabilities in Reading and Writing.

Kira Rose started cutting herself and recently tried to commit suicide. She was admitted to the Seven Hills Behavioral Health Unit for a week. She is taking medication and we are working with our insurance to get her therapy and counseling services. In the meantime, we have enrolled her in Sports Social. This organization is not medical so it’s out of pocket but they have individual and group therapy to teach her social skills, confidence, and help her realize that she is not the problem.

There is a private school here called New Horizons Academy. It is for Autism and Special Needs kids to go to school in a safe environment with kids with similar neurological disorders. Unfortunately, we cannot afford the half-year tuition due to her other medical bills and treatment. That is why we are sincerely reaching out to family and friends for help.
