Scherer Family Support

As many of you know, about a month ago my best friend Ashely Scherer (age 30) suddenly passed away leaving behind three beautiful children and a wonderful husband.

God had called Ashley to start a ministry in South Carolina over a year before her passing. Her family faithful ventured to this new state and begun their ministry 'Heaven Sent Stables'. Ashley diligently shared the gospel with others, loved her lesson children like Jesus, and faithfully took care of all that God had given her. God calling Ashley home so soon was a shock to all of us.

Now as her family transitions into this new chapter of life, on this side of heaven, they hope to do so surrounded by close family. God has provided so much for Ashely's family, including an opportunity to move back home to Maryland. This would surround her children and husband with floods of aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, and friends for the challenging days ahead. However, to make this possible there is a need to help build a temporary living space for the family. The space would give Rob and the children bedrooms and a space to themselves, while still living under the same roof as their cousins, aunt, and uncle.
