My father (Jose Miguel Verdugo) is currently being held in an ICE detention center, and our family is fighting to bring him home. The immigration lawyers are charging $10,000 just to begin his case, and without legal representation he has no chance of getting released or receiving the protections he needs. I am raising money to help cover these legal fees so we can get him out of detention, secure his permit to work and travel in the U.S., and ensure he is no longer targeted or detained by ICE. My dad has lived here for years, worked hard, and done everything he could to support our family.
