Definition Body Coaching is celebrating 12 years since opening this month. They have teamed with J & S pub Company in Scarborough and are raising money for LEGEND ON THE BENCH CHARITY to have Scarborough's first SUICIDE PREVENTION BENCH installed.

The bench will be located at Scarborough Castle looking onto the harbour. (Location picture attached)

Definition Body Coaching achieved North Yorkshire's first two suicide prevention benches late last year. One located in Harrogate and the other in York.

LEGEND ON THE BENCH are a suicide prevention charity placing informative benches with crisis support information in parks across the UK.

They have just past the "100 Benches" installed around the UK with now the potential to achieving the next 100 this year.
