Scammers cleaned out my moms bank account

Hi, my name is Erica, daughter of Penny Smith. My mother, Penny. She fell victim to very believable scammers. Unfortunately, they wiped out her bank account. I am pleading with her friends and family to please help any way you can. She has zero money and no way to pay her bills. She is 82 years old and only survives on her teachers pension and social security. Anything will help!
