Hi! Welcome to HD:F

Thank you for supporting the HD:F community to raise money for Cancer research UK.

Most; if not all of us have been impacted by Cancer in some way. Some have battled it personally, others have family members currently fighting this cruel disease and sadly we have lost people close to us who lost their battle.

As a fitness community, all of us are dedicated to being the healthiest, strongest versions of ourselves. We take on challenges to do things that scare us and push us out of our comfort zone to show ourselves and others that we can do hard things

On the 7th November we are all climbing the O2 in London at 10 am! To say heights is something that we are not comfortable with is an understatement, but compared to what others are facing it’s the least we can do to raise money to support further treatments for those facing the brave fight and for the future generations so we can finally say f*** you to cancer.

Any donations would be so appreciated and spur us on to get our butts to the top on a bleak November morning .
