Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart as I share the story of my beloved Grandpa, Marvin Ryder. On Friday the 13th of September, a day we will never forget, my Grandpa took a terrible fall, resulting in a brain bleed, seven fractured ribs, and a fractured collarbone. Since then, he has been in and out of hospitals, moved from room to room, with each day a new challenge in his fight to heal.

My Grandpa is more than just family; he’s my best friend and the person who means the world to me. We’ve always been there for each other, and now, more than ever, I want to be there for him. As he battles these injuries, the emotional toll has been immense, but so has the financial strain. His medical bills continue to pile up, and when the time comes, I want to ensure that I can honor his wishes for his final arrangements, including cremation.
