Say Somaali Community Scholarship Fund

The Say Somaali Community Scholarship Fund is dedicated to supporting Somali youth in the Greater Toronto Area by providing financial aid for their higher education. Through this scholarship, we aim to alleviate the financial burden on students and their families, allowing them to focus on their studies and future careers.

Last year, we successfully raised $12,000 and provided scholarships to several deserving students. We received over 60 applications, highlighting the significant need for financial support in our community. These funds helped cover tuition, books, and other essential expenses, allowing students to attend prestigious institutions and enhances their educational opportunities.

We are committed to expanding the reach and impact of the Say Somaali Community Scholarship Fund. This year, we aim to raise $30,000 to increase the number of scholarships awarded and enhance our mentorship programs.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will directly benefit our students and help us achieve our goal of fostering a brighter future through education.
