Say No To 2023 Election Violence

As Sierra Leoneans, I call on you to use every means possible to advocate for a peaceful and violence-free election. But above all, I call on you to support the prepared Hope for Youths Sierra Leone ambassadors of peace across Sierra Leone through our Gofundme and website. I assure you that 100 percent of your contribution will go to the different chapters across Sierra Leone to support our "Say No To Election Violence" and "Ar Go Vote, But Ar Nor Go Fet" Campaigns.

Hope for Youths Sierra Leone seeks to empower our youths as innovative, visionary, and transformative future leaders, not as political tools of violence. A country where the

H in Hope is for health,

O for opportunities,

P for possibilities, and

E for empowerment.

For 62 years, as a nation, we have allowed our politicians, with our self-fulfilled prophecies of election violence, to use the youths of Sierra Leone, our national assets, as agents of political violence to destroy lives and properties for political gains.

For 62 years, our politicians have led many youths like sheep to the slaughterhouse to untimely deaths, maimed, imprisoned, and converted to hardcore criminals and drug addicts who terrorized peaceful citizens with impunity. Sierra Leoneans must collectively end this abuse of vulnerable and marginalized youths.

Fellow Sierra Leoneans, a violence-free 2023 election will usher the sunshine of Hope, the serenity of peace and happiness, and the mosaic of our patriotism that will attract businesses, tourism, and investors to the land we love so well, the green, the white, and the blue.

Fellow Sierra Leoneans, our youths are not red or green. Therefore, I call upon all politicians to focus on national unity and patriotism, not sectionalism and tribalism.

For the 2023 election, we must call upon all political parties and party flagbearers to outright denounce violence and pledge for a peaceful election. As a proud Sierra Leonean, I Say, "No to election violence in Sierra Leone." Today, I call upon all Sierra Leoneans worldwide to join our campaign, "Ar Go Vote, But Ar Nor Go Fet."

My fellow Sierra Leoneans, remember that our youths are the most valuable assets to rebuild the once Athens of Africa into the America of Africa, where youths will focus on education, jobs, health, opportunities, possibilities, happiness, peace, the environment, and nation-building and not on violence, Kush, prostitution, gender-based violence, and political violence.
