Hello! We are Wes and Julie. We live near Newcomerstown, Ohio, in the historic Shady Bend Manor. We’re just two average people trying our best to save this historic masterpiece. We’re reaching out to the community to raise the necessary funds for the continued restoration of this magnificent, one-of-a-kind property. Our goal is to get the property restored to its former glory and give back to the community. This includes bringing nursing home residents in for free entertainment and keeping it safely open to the public.

There are many projects in addition to the house that need desperate attention. Three greenhouses, the historic grain barn, and several other buildings are in need of significant repair. The home itself needs to have the brickwork restored and a massive amount of electrical work done, among many other key repairs. We appreciate all of you and your continued support on this journey.
