Save the Separation of Powers. Save Democracy.
A Campaign for Accountability, Fairness, and the Ireland We Live In
Ireland is facing multiple, overlapping crises.
Housing is unaffordable.
The cost of living continues to rise.
Public services are stretched.
Young people are leaving because they see no future here.
Across society, there is a growing sense that ordinary people are carrying an unfair burden — while decision-making feels distant, unaccountable, and increasingly closed to challenge.
These problems are not disconnected. They share a common thread: weakened accountability.
Democracy does not fail all at once. It is progressively eroded when scrutiny is limited, when facts are not fully examined, and when systems meant to protect fairness become inaccessible to those without power or wealth.
Why This Campaign Exists
At the heart of this campaign is a constitutional case about the separation of powers — a principle that protects all of us by ensuring that no branch of government operates without meaningful oversight.
When courts are unable, or discouraged, from fully testing executive action, democratic accountability weakens. Over time, this leads to:
loss of public trust
disengagement and apathy
a sense that justice is out of reach
growing inequality in who can be heard
This is not an accusation against institutions or individuals. It is a call to strengthen the constitutional safeguards that democracy depends on.
Why This Matters Now — in Ireland
People across Ireland are struggling, not just financially, but civically.
Many feel unheard.
Many feel worn down.
Many feel that the rules are not applied equally.
When accountability weakens at the constitutional level, the consequences show up everywhere — in housing policy, infrastructure, transport, health, education, and the pressure that drives emigration.
A democracy where only the powerful can afford to pursue accountability is not a healthy democracy.
What This Case Seeks to Do
This case is not about attacking the judiciary.
It is about reaffirming:
the courts’ role as a constitutional safeguard
rigorous examination of facts
genuine separation of powers
access to justice for ordinary people
Careful, principled constitutional challenge is one of the few tools citizens have when other routes are closed.
Why I Am Asking for Support
This campaign exists because constitutional accountability is costly — financially, emotionally, and personally.
For years, I have carried out work that would normally require a legal team, under sustained financial pressure. I did not come here lightly. I came here because every other route to justice was closed.
I am asking for support not because I failed, but because this case is bigger than one person.
Why Your Support Matters
This campaign is not about me.
It is about:
accountability
democracy
the rule of law
fairness and truth
ensuring that constitutional justice is not reserved for the few
Even a small contribution is a statement of shared responsibility — that democracy matters, and that it must be actively protected.
If this case succeeds, its impact will extend beyond a single outcome. It can help restore trust, reinforce accountability, and contribute to a necessary democratic renewal in Ireland.
Stand for Accountability. Stand for Democracy.
If you believe that power should be checked,
that facts should be examined,
and that justice should not depend on wealth or influence —
then this campaign is for you.
By contributing or sharing, you are helping to ensure that:
arguments are fully heard
facts are properly tested
democratic safeguards remain real, not symbolic
This is a campaign to protect the separation of powers — and, with it, the future of democracy in Ireland.
If we succeed together, this is not just a legal case.
It is a step toward healing democratic trust — and ensuring that Ireland remains a place where accountability still matters.
