Saving Our Trunk-or-Treat Hero: The Ghostbusters Car
Donation protected

Hi, I'm Dan Arena, and I'm asking for a hand to keep a beloved community joyride alive. Last Halloween, I turned our family car into a Ghostbusters masterpiece for the local trunk-or-treat at the Free Methodist Church in Dansville. The kids from the community, mine included, were over the moon, their eyes getting big as we drove around blasting the Ghostbusters theme song, handing out candy at the event, and making memories. It was the coolest car ever and became the talk of the town as everyone lit up, calling out, saying, "Who you gonna call?" It put smiles on everyone's face, and I was told that a child in the back seat of their car as I drove by thought Slimer was driving! What fun it has been.
This vehicle is more than just transportation—it's a gift to the community, a rolling spark of fun. But the transmission recently died, and with bills soaring, I can't save up fast enough for this unexpected hit. Fixing it means keeping the magic alive for all those smiling kids and adults alike that lit up during its time rolling around. I'm aiming to raise $850 for a new or used transmission to get our Ghostbuster dream back on the road. A little help, or even just sharing this story, would mean everything to us and our neighborhood crew. Thank you for reading and for any way you can pitch in! God bless!
Break down of Funds:
