SAVING OUR ICONIC PHONEBOX IN FOREST GREEN NAILSWORTH
Donation protected
Hi I am Paddy from The Nailsworth Computer Shop, (I normally do the roadworks) but this is so close to my heart I had to try and save it.
SAVING OUR ICONIC PHONEBOX ON Nympsfield Road / Spring hill that is a beacon on the hill and a longstanding landmark and is part of OUR history.
I had a long chat today with the mayor, there is still a chance we can get this overturned and BT will not to take it away. But it is NOT a done deal yet, there is a full council meeting on 1st July to see how we can do it. BUT WE NEED MONEY.
We need £1000 to start with to show the council we want to do this; this will then raise to about £2,500. This money will be used to refurbish it and maintain long term and be used for the community
So, DO YOU want to save it or not?
Any local shops, and businesses will get a special mention on our Facebook page Nailsworth Chat and Information that has 10k members, and on the Nailsworth town page
Thanks for reading, and please help if you can.
