Rescued from demolition -- the 184+-year-old historic home of Peter Huntington/Sophia Huntington Parker, original pioneers of Medina, Ohio!
To be CLEAR: this is NOT the Sharpe's house. Building Blocks Preservation Group, Inc. (a charitable nonprofit) owns it.
In order to make the move happen by the city-imposed deadline, Jack and Suzanne Sharpe fronted the money.
Your donation to this NONPROFIT organization will go directly to building the FOUNDATION of the house, literally. JB Edwards Construction is creating it now, rising up from the footers 13-courses to meet the house on its cribbing.
After covering that cost, the rehab work begins.
TOGETHER we ARE making this happen!

Do you want to see historic Medina erased? Help save our built history if you LOVE our award-winning small town.
Stop complaining about all the buildings being torn down, and step up to stop the destruction. WE can make a difference. Or not.
We are grateful for any gift you are able to make. Thank you.
