Saving 159 Legacy 2020

159 is a place of residence for 4 generations today. My name is Elaine Sharp and I am the matriarch of this legacy. I have seventeen grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and 159 has been the family house for 47 years.
My mother's last words to me were " y'all don't have a father (he passed in 1981) and now y'all will not have a mother(1989)whatever you do, DON'T LOSE THE
HOUSE! All y'all have is one another; always help each other"  Trust me, those
words she put down in my spirit on her death bed has been my strength through the Grace of GOD to not give up during the hard times and struggles over these
31 years. 

Four generations as well as Roseland Community will benefit from 159 legacies being saved through residing in this building of 47 years.  You see, I have done all that I can do towards Saving 159 legacy by first, coming out of disability retirement to work so that I could get a mortgage to refinance the Loan. Second, I had to complete a Faith Walk of asking everyone, from Dr. Willie Wilson, seven churches in Roseland to family and friends in June 2019 because no one would give me and my granddaughter a loan for $60,000. 

After this faith walk, I was led to apply for a mortgage with Chase Bank and I got pre-qualified and it was Heaven. It took six months of fighting with CELINK the Mortage company with all of their requirements and delays while 159 is continued on the Judiciary sale. Meanwhile, Chase came up with its requirements too, such as I had to remove all the liens, get title change but did not tell me that I needed to do some repairs first before closing. I got, this news in December 2019 when we were supposed to close by December 30, 2019.  Again, by the Grace of GOD I was able to get family and friends to help and spent $11, 000 on the requested repairs by Chase to Close on loan by January 31, 2020. We passed the inspection with an A+ according to the appraiser following up on the required repairs to close.

Chase dropped the Atomic Bomb on me when they Denied my Loan because CELINK sent them two pay-off Amounts. One in my decease Aunt's name who had the Reverse Mortage, which did not have anything to do with my pre-qualification of $60,000 the amount needed to remain in our house.  Chase decided not to keep their obligation to me because my aunt left a reverse mortgage that HUD insures, unpaid when she passed away. 

Therefore, I have done all I can do! I can't make banks loan me their money. I have been applying for a conventional loan since January 2020 and no one has picked me up. Why? I have more than enough income to pay back a $60,000 loan, yet, I can't get a loan. I exhausted all of my credit cards and savings completing those repairs, which sent my credit score down doing what Chase told me was needed. 

Meanwhile, my credit score and saving are back intact seven months later, yet, I still can't get a bank to finance me for $60,000 with a Conventional loan like Chase was committed to until getting information on my decease Aunt Reverse Mortage debt that HUD insures. 

The funds will be used to Save 159 Legacy by paying off the amount needed for Me, Elaine Sharp & 4 generations to remain in our place of residence for 47 years. 

The money is truly needed like yesterday, but today will suffice for itself. This
is a 2018 case and GOD has surly been merciful unto me and my family through the Judge, CLVS, and Courts to get to this point, however. I can't make the banks loan me their money but I can ask for help through Go-Fund-Me and here I am full circle believing in GOD that this case will close this month. My family and I will be more than grateful and thankful for such support and help.
