Je m'adresse à vous aujourd'hui avec une demande sincère de soutien et de générosité. Je m'appelle Jean-Samuel Sévigny et je me trouve actuellement impliqué dans une bataille juridique complexe devant la Cour supérieure du district de Trois-Rivières au Québec, concernant la garde et le bien-être de ma fille bien-aimée, Romane Lacerte.

Voici un bref aperçu de la situation : Romane, qui a actuellement huit ans, est née pendant ma relation avec sa mère. Malheureusement, notre union s'est terminée par une séparation en mars 2017, après trois années passées ensemble. Depuis lors, je me bats corps et âme pour avoir l'opportunité d'être un parent actif et impliqué dans la vie de Romane. Cependant, j'ai rencontré de nombreux obstacles qui limitent mon accès et mon implication dans les décisions importantes concernant l'éducation de ma fille.

Afin de mieux comprendre cette situation, je vous présente un historique détaillé de la procédure judiciaire ainsi que des circonstances entourant ma demande de garde partagée, d'expertise psychosociale, de restitution des attributs de l'autorité parentale et de révision de la pension alimentaire. Je suis convaincu qu'il est dans le plus grand intérêt de Romane d'avoir ses deux parents impliqués activement dans sa vie, lui offrant ainsi stabilité, amour et accompagnement.

Je tiens également à souligner l’implication significative de ma conjointe, Marie-Lou. En plus de m’offrir un support inconditionnel, elle participe activement à toutes les démarches et c’est grâce à elle que nous avançons enfin.

Mon objectif est de collecter des fonds pour couvrir les frais juridiques liés à cette affaire complexe. Le fardeau financier des honoraires d'avocat, des évaluations psychosociales et des procédures judiciaires est écrasant. Votre soutien me permettra de bénéficier d'une représentation juridique compétente, d'engager l'expert psychosocial nécessaire et de naviguer efficacement dans le processus juridique afin de protéger le bien-être de ma fille.

Je ne souhaite rien de plus que d'établir un environnement de coparentalité sain qui garantisse le bonheur et le développement émotionnel de Romane. Les fonds récoltés serviront à couvrir les frais juridiques, l'évaluation psychosociale, ainsi que d'éventuelles dépenses liées aux procédures judiciaires. Tout excédent de fonds sera utilisé pour assurer un avenir stable à Romane, notamment pour son éducation et ses besoins essentiels.
