We are a small group of citizens that have come together to save Pine Tree Park from being demolished.
The City of Kent is selling the park for $2M to developer Oakpointe, even though they promised to keep this land public open space. An entire woodland area will be wiped and a high density 64 home subdivision will be built.
As many of you have seen or heard, the sale of this park has been cloaked in secrecy. The City and Developer have help and in order to go up against them we will need help too.
The initial consultation and work will cost a few thousand dollars - we will then know the total investment for our case and our chance to win. We're excited that Top rated, Super Lawyer, J. Richard Aramburu of Aramburu & Eustis, LLP is ready to get started and we’re really pleased to have him on board.
