I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to share the difficult news that my aunt has been diagnosed with Laryngeal cancer. Her husband was diagnosed with hernia problem, so they moved to Karachi to operate on the husband as they had support with a limited monthly income support from the daughter and no other income source

their financial situation is strained, as they use to live in Islamabad with two married daughters one lives in Karachi and other is living in Tanzania. They have utilized all of their savings on husband's surgery in November, which was an expensive procedure. Shortly after, my aunt's condition started deteriorating, and they were forced to utilize their remaining funds on her initial treatment. was fixed in the bank to provide them with enough income to pay rent and groceries. Now with no income and only support from a daughter we have come across the basic needs of her medical attention.

The doctors have recommended aggressive radiation therapy, which is costly. Additionally, my aunt requires a tracheostomy and specialized nursing care, which adds to the expenses. The total cost of her treatment is substantial, and their financial situation is precarious, with no income and living in a rented house in Karachi.
