Hi, I’m Sarah and I started this go-fund me for residents to contribute funds to fighting the legal battle for the two 9-bedroom rooming houses at 43 and 64 Delma Crescent – directly against the restrictive covenant protecting our low-density, family-friendly estate.

This sets a dangerous precedent for future high-density developments in our neighbourhood.

I have engaged Rosendorff Lawyers to take legal action to enforce the covenant and potentially stop these builds.
