Hi There! On September 18, 2018. My wife and I entered a lawsuit with the local Civic club community The Civic club is suing us for the use or Airbnb on our property.
The lawsuit classify the act of short-term renting as commercial, and if you already use Airbnb and this wonderful community to travel, you know that it is not.
We can totally negate this lawsuit and moving the barn an unrestricted location, but we decide to stand up and fight for The Right of property ownership in Texas
We are already engaged with the best law firm in Texas to help us win the case. Don't let anyone tell you want you can or can not do with your property!
Your support means so much to us. Together, we can set another example and sent a strong message to the lawmaker as the battle continues for our private property rights in America.

Any amount left over after the fund will be use to support the next owner who has similar struggling around the country.
