Now that the city has demolished the gym, we will be pursuing in federal court to protect the powers of a citizens referendum. The only option for making citizens whole again is to rebuild the gym, and to ensure the charter is upheld.

We are hopeful a pro bono lawyer will take our case! Until then we are raising funds to continue to fight the Mayor and City Council for impeding our rights of redress.

We have covered the legal fees and supplies, now we are asking for help with increasing our social media ads and pursuing higher court action. Thank you very much for your support.
